BAHARI LIED ABOUT ALL HIS DEVELOPMENT RECORDS!! ISIOLO SOUTH LAGGED BEHIND DURING HIS TENURE: DEMYSTIFYING BAHARI'S FALSE DEVELOPMENT LEGACY

Abdul Bahari and his sycophants scream the loudest when talking about how the former brought ground breaking development to Isiolo south. This line of pure hogwash however comes to an abrupt end should you take a quick trip to Isiolo south.

What you find when you go to several towns in south is a place that does not seem to have had a leader since the earth was created!

Let's break down the lies that Bahari has been selling for so long   and which should hopefully come to an end henceforth!

*1. THE FAKE MFEREJI TAG*

It is now clear to everyone in Isiolo County that the biggest lie Bahari has been using since the advent of his feeble political carrier has now been *CLAIMED* by Madam Safia who is a cordaid cordinator and wife to Dr.Hussein Golicha.
Safia who was disturbed by the level of suffering in Isiolo South and not seeing any action from the then MP bari lobbied NGOs who funded the massive water connection in Iresa Haa Boru,Kombola,Gafarsa,Irees Qalicha,Bandera Gato etc.These areas are the same ones that the chronic opportunist Abdul Bahari has been taking credit for shamelessly calling himself 'Mfereji'.
Thanks to Madam Safia who came out to claim the projects in a bid to support her husband and bringing Bahari's biggest lie the public eye! Now you will never hear Bahari call himself mfereji, now he is trying to switch to a different moniker,Abdul Maendeleo which we will disprove now!

*2. ABDUL MAENDELEO??? LABDA MAENDELEO YA UMASKINI!*

As I said earlier, you only need to take a trip to Isiolo South and get to understand why the southerners hate Bahari including overwhelmingly sending him home in 2013.
Bahari made sure that the people of Isiolo south don't make any strides to socially and economically better their living standards! This was done by a well crafted plan to lock out areas which were known to not have voted for him from any opportunities open to them for example CDFprojects and bursary allocation where students were segregated on the basis of clan hence only Bahari's sycophants and members of his subclan benefited. As a result many needy but bright students lost opportunity to further their studies. Most areas in Isiolo South today look as if it has never had a leader as there are no infrastructures and government services are hard to come by as most areas did not even have chiefs.

*3.BAHARI IS A PUPPET OF THE CARTELS SHAMELESSLY SERVING THE INTERESTS OF BARSALINGA FOR TEN YEARS!!!*

This is in the public domain that Bahari is a sour loser only looking out for his interests and that of his paymasters. The hefty fee that Bahari has been receiving from the parliamentary service commission for  ten years has not been enough for him hence syphoning out CDF money meant for the public. It is known that 70% of Isiolo South CDF tenders have gone to one Cartel by the name of *BARSALINGA* and the rest of the 30% was shared between another cartel *MWANGAZA* and members of Bahari's sub clan. Such a leader can never learn how to appreciate his people's worth and only looks out for their selfish interests.

*4. BAHARI'S CDF RECORD WAS A SHAM: HE PAID THE ORGANISATION TO RATE HIM WELL*

Kenyans were surprised when an MP they never heard of in parliament was ranked as second best in CDF management. This has been proved to be a *BIG FAT LIE*  since there are no official records to show that the ranking was meritoriously done. The group of auditors who later toured the area decried of chroni underdevelopment and gross mismanagement of the CDF as the members of the public complained of gross mismanagement of the kitty which was evident in the hollow nature of most areas in South. It was as a result of this that Isiolo South overwhelmingly gave him the redcard that sent him home. he now wants to come back again to continue his sham of leadership by rebranding himself as saviour of the people that he vehemently persecuted!

*5.A  HEARTEBREAKING CASE OF THE KOMBOLA "IDPs"*

Bahari made sure the returnees that resided in Kombola do not get Identity cards. Why ? everyone is bound to ask! well by now you know bahari's middle name is a 'tribal bigot'.
seeing as the complaininants who tried reaching out to him for years are not from his clan and hence amount to nothing as far as cares. The case had to get intervention from North Mp Kuti and other like minded national leaders not forgetting the media e.g Nation media(who broke the story before the then area mp could utter a word about it in parliament) to come to an amicable solution. This is the reason Bahari has never made a stop over in Kombola since pre-2007.

*6. MALKDAKA IRRIGATION SCHEME FAILED BECAUSE BAHARI'S CHRONIES EMBEZZLED FUNDS IN COLLABORATION WITH MWANGAZA*

The malka daka irrigation scheme has never materialised after the heavy funding from the CDF kitty.
Its one thing to start a promising project,its quite another going back to swindle the same funds. We can now confidently report that BAHARI sabotaged the M/Daka irrigation scheme which was the hope of Isiolo South in boosting the hunger-prone regions food basket. As can be guessed,the contract went to Mwangaza as Bahari can not trust the locals with 'such huge sums of money' as he was heard sometimes justifying why locals were not getting the big contracts and only scrambled for the small tenders. Well a man who doesn't believe in the  peoples abilities should never be allowed to transact our county's business.period.
*7.BAHARI FAILED GARBATULLA HIGH BY DESIGN AND JEOPARDIZED ITS RE-EMERGENCE*

Garbatulla High School,which used to be a centre of excellence, unfortunately turned into a home for wild monkeys soon after Bahari took office as Isiolo South MP. This he made possible by ensuring the school did not get any support at any level. He closed the taps(mfereji) of excellence fearing perhaps that it will be the same brains that will come for his seat(someone had plans kutawala south for 100 years,kamotho-style!

After several high profile leaders eg Kabelo and other like minded alumni joined hands and organized. a funds  drive which Bahari gave a wide berth,
he continued his petty engagement with the teacher's politics removing headteachers who wouldn't tow his line from the position and 'fixating' his stooges who embezzled the money generated during the funds drive turning the concerted efforts of several well meaning leaders into naught! result??: *Garbatulla High still performs dismally in national exams due to poor endowment in facilities and infrastructure!*

*8.ISIOLO SOUTH ILLITERACY LEVELS ARE OVER THE ROOF AND ABOVE!!!*

For a man who boasts of development in his tenure, its quite absurd that the area has among the highest levels of illiteracy in Kenya today.Even after the introduction of the Free Primary Education(FPE),the enrolment levels has been very dismal with most kids unable to access the basic level of education(UWEZO Kenya report) due to a crunching poverty back home! This is the politics of poverty that Bahari has inculcated into the hearts and minds of the southerners who lost hope in education as their other kids stayed at home due to lack of fees with the bulk of the bursary being awarded to students from outside Isiolo South due to their kinship ties with the then area mp. Bahari simply killed the dreams of many would-be doctors and pilots and committed them to eternal poverty. *THE VICIOUS CYCLE OF POVERTY COMES ALIVE IN ISIOLO SOUTH COURTESY OF BAHARI*.

*9.A TALE OF A CONSTITUENCY WITH LESS NUMBER OF TOILETS THAN THE HAIR ON KIBAKI'S HEAD*

*The state of sanitation in ISIOLO SOUTH is nothing to write home about!*
The area is perennially on high alert for cholera and other communicable diseases as a result of poor sanitation that was/has been neglected by the failure leader Abdul Bahari who apparently doesn't see the need/importance of having a proper sanitation in the form of public toilets and other important aspects of it.
When in Gafarsa, even dignitaries have to go to the school toilet(constructed by NGOs eg  EU,CORDAID).
The area has very few latrines (if any) and hence the residents are prone to several diseases while Bahari was awarding mammoth contracts to his wheeler dealers! This state of affairs is also replicated across the entire constituency. *This is unlike a visionary leader and BAHARI should never seek a public office if he wants to preserve his already poor legacy in South!*

*10. BAHARI SOLD OUT A MAJOR SECTION OF GRAZING LANDS TO COMMUNITIES FROM OUTSIDE ISIOLO SOUTH*

Since Bahari took the reins of Isiolo south, the grazing rangelands of South have been relinquished little by little with herders from Garissa,Wajir and even Meru taking over huge chunks of lands by the direct authority of the then area MP after receiving favours either by luring of votes or material benefits.
As a result, the herders in Isiolo South were reduced to vagrant status while on their very own soil, Bahari orchestrated and supervised over ethnic clashes that he reaped heavily from in form of attention diverted from real devt issues to solving a crisis of one's own making!

*11.BAHARI'S WHITE ELEPHANT DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS WERE MEANT TO FATTEN HIS CARTEL PIGS ONLY:BARSALINGA AND MWANGAZA MILKED ISIOLO SOUTH CDF DRY!*

Almost every major CDF tender has gone to the either two of them. One of the biggest way in which public funds was misused was in the construction of the Gafarsa Dispensary which is reported to have cost 20 million but which today serves as *STAFF QUARTERS* to the two nurses manning the hospital. The contract was handled by *BARSALINGA* who has ammased enough wealth in the ten year stint BAHARI served as MP.
*MWANGAZA* ,The Isiolo tycoon who is now constructing an eye-sore of a sky scrapper right in the heart of Isiolo town is another local cartel who turned Isiolo south CDF kitty into a cash cow and could be smiling all the way to the bank should baharis bid materialize!

*12.BAHARI NEVER MURRAMED A CENTIMETRE OF ROAD IN ISIOLO SOUTH*

The roads in Isiolo South never got murramed under BAHARI'S tenure. The states of this road has remained a question of thought for those who could objectively reflect on its importance. Bahari never saw the importance of allowing for a good transport network to an area which would otherwise have been a hub for business. As a result of this major neglect, roads in south looks like something akin to a road in somalia. the devastation that is crippling the people of Isiolo South was a direct creation of Abdul Bahari in a bid to keep people in his sights which has since backfired on him.

ITS CLEAR FROM ALL OF THE ABOVE THAT ONE ABDUL BAHARI ALI JILLO IS A MAN WE CANNOT TRUST WITH THE HUMONGOUS COUNTY KITTY. A MAN WHOSE STRINGS ARE CONTROLLED BY THE CARTELS WOULD BE A DISASTER NONE THE LESS TO THE MANAGEMENT OF BILLIONS.
THE REAL PEOPLE OF ISIOLO MUST SAND UP AND REJECT HIS BID FOR ISIOLO GOVERNOR 2017
